Technical Officer
Location: Kuwait
Description
Arranges receipt of serviceable items, directs and carries out binning and issuing activities. Coordinates and handles unserviceable components, tools and test equipment from Full Flight Simulator (FFS). Packs and forwards items for repair in local workshops or outside agencies and/or scraps as per advice from concerned section. Carries out clerical inventory control activities such as updating inventory control records, raising pre-order forms, participating in the implementation of computerized inventory control system, etc. 

Qualifications
a - Completion of Secondary (12 years) education .
b - 3 years' stores related documentation experience preferably in the aviation industry .
c - Good knowledge of English .
Quality Control Engineer
Location: Kuwait
Description




Administering technical examinations ,vetting approval applications ,and monitoring staff approvals. 
Qualifications
1. BS.c in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical / Electronics Engineering Or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineering ( Double License ) with equivalent technical knowledge .
2. 4 years civil aircraft experience including 2years as approved engineer .
3. Good knowledge of English .

Materials Planning
Location: Kuwait
Description
1. Assists and participates in carrying out various materials planning activities. Includes initial provisioning of spares for new aircraft, adjusting materials’ reorder level for operating aircraft, preparation of spares package for leased/sold aircraft and reviewing non-moving/slow moving spares to be offered for sale .

Power Plant Planning Engineer
Location: Kuwait
Description
Handles the planning and monitoring of the operation of aircraft power plants, and ensures the accomplishment of maintenance requirements on aircraft engines and APU’s in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Forecasts and schedules engine or APU’s removals, specifies the required work scope, and routes same to the applicable maintenance center. Follows up and controls work progress to ensure on-time delivery of aircraft engines and APU’s to support the corporation’s operational requirements .
Qualifications
1. B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronics/Industrial Engineering OR Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Double Licenses) with equivalent technical knowledge .
2. 2 years' airline engineering planning experience (Civil A/C) .
3. Good knowledge of English .

Aircraft Maintenance Schedule Engineer
Location: Kuwait

Description
A. Arranges to compile original Maintenance Schedule, liaises with Aircraft Manufacturer and DGCA for approval and provides Master Task Cards to cover the requirements .
B. Initiates Maintenance Schedule amendments based on manufactures’ data, in-house experience, RCC recommendations, SPI requirements and Maintenance Planning Documents revisions, as required .
C. Assists in preparing amendment proposal, liaises with DGCA and issues task cards accordingly .
D. Assists in preparing proposal for check escalation and liaises with DGCA for approval .
E. Arranges for proper distribution and filing of approved Maintenance Schedule Amendments .
F.Arranges amendment to Structural Inspection Program in the Maintenance Schedule based on aircraft Manufacturer’s recommendation .
G. Computerizes the Maintenance Schedule task cards as and when Maxi-Merlin System in ready for the input .
H. Carries out other similar or related duties, as assigned. 
Qualifications

Reliability
Location: Kuwait
Description
A. Assists in providing technical assistance, advice and direction to other Reliability Engineers in the unit over their work activities .
B. Studies service bulletins/letters, in-service activities, etc .
C. Vets component removals and strip reports daily and takes necessary action(s) .
D. Ensures that informative strip reports are received for all controlled components sent for repair and overhaul .
E. Liaises with KAC workshops and maintenance and outside repair and overhaul agents to solve component problems .
F. Contacts and visits manufacturers, vendors and other operators to solve component problems .
G. Compiles and issues Component Unscheduled Removals Report quarterly to be submitted to the DGCA, CAA and KAC management.
Qualifications

Tech Develop Engineers
Location: Kuwait
Description
A. Monitors technical defects pertaining to airframe and systems recorded by flight crew in the technical log on each flight. Follows up rectification action taken by Maintenance Engineers to ensure that rectification work is adequately carried out and, if necessary, issue engineering advice calling for additional work or issue repeat defect notice .
B. Monitors aircraft system performance by analyzing the data recorded by flight crew to identify malfunctions in early stages, and initiate corrective action before actual failure occurs to improve the reliability and economics of operation .
C. Coordinates with Reliability Group Engineer for investigation of technical delays and incidents to aircraft pertaining to airframe and systems and to suggest corrective action for consideration by the Reliability Control Committee .
D. Prepares procedure sheets giving step by step instructions for carrying out various maintenance tasks. These sheets are legal documents used by Maintenance and Shop Engineers for certification of the work carried out on an aircraft or components .
E. Carries out assessment and processing of Service Bulletins pertaining to systems/components recommends actions required.

Engineering Contracts Engineer
Location: Kuwait

Description
A. Participates in the technical definition of new aircraft, components and furnishings by receiving information from other engineering sections, conducting research, evaluating alternative components or equipment and clearly defining required specifications to ensure that the Corporation's operational and maintenance standards are achieved .
B. Coordinates with other engineering sections or other Corporate departments i.e. Marketing & Sales, Flight Services, and other departments concerned, in investigating and defining Specification Change Notices for new aircraft from aircraft and component manufacturers or from "in-house" sources. Coordinates the engineering review and evaluation of Specification Changes including technical definitions and, as appropriate, determines if additional costs are justified. Assembles required documentation, writes reports makes recommendations to the Manager, Projects.
Qualifications
1. B.SC. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Double Licenses) with equivalent technical knowledge .
2. 2 years' aircraft technical experience to include line and hangar maintenance experience as a Licensed Engineer and at least 2 years' experience as a Project Engineer .
3. Good knowledge of English .
