Benefits Manager

The Benefits Manager will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support for Health and Wellness benefits for ICAP.  Primary responsibilities will include benefits administration, managing vendor relationships, guiding and assisting employees with general benefits inquiries, and developing company-wide communications.  The Benefits Manager will work closely with other HR specialties to ensure a comprehensive and seamless interaction with employees.  Additional special projects as requested.  Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, have experience with benefits administration and have excellent customer service skills.

Associate Counsel

Description


This in-house Associate Counsel position is based in our US headquarters in Jersey City. Primary responsibilities will be to work on a broad range of commercial, corporate and transactional legal matters in all areas of ICAP’s business in the Americas and to provide legal support to ICAP’s global intellectual property portfolio. Attorney will work closely with colleagues in the legal, business, front office and core infrastructure and support functions and report to the Co-Head of Legal, Americas.

Education and Skills

Senior Application Developer

Description

The Senior Application Developer will be working in a team of highly skilled and experienced UI Developers all working together in building and enhancing the next generation HTML5 SDK for Fusion. A key responsibility of the role is to assist other teams in their efforts to migrate from the current Flex/Flash based user interface while simultaneously contributing back to the SDK.

This position will primarily report to the Chief Compliance Officer of the ICAP SEF. The Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting the SEF CCO to ensure compliance with the Commodity Exchange Act and CFTC SEF related regulations.

Education and Skills
Qualified candidates have served in compliance positions within financial services and/or have strong knowledge of, and experience with, exchange/self-regulatory organization compliance requirements, preferably obtained through a position with one or more exchanges, SROs or regulatory agencies. There is a strong preference for candidates with a background in derivatives products and their regulation, through experience with OTC swaps and/or regulated futures products. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of the requirements of SEFs under CFTC rules.

Surveillance Analyst

Description
Position will include responsibility for monitoring daily surveillance reports and alerts related to institutional transactions in fixed income and equity products, creating of new surveillance reports as needed, managing Compliance IT projects, and handling of special projects and reviews. Other assignments will include assisting with regulatory inquiries and exams, review of electronic communications, training of brokers and desk heads, monitoring PA trading, and preparing monthly managerial information reports. Position will report to the Head of Surveillance.
Education and Skills
·         Specific knowledge of Fixed Income, OTC, and/or Equity markets is helpful but not required
·         3-6 years of experience at either in-house Compliance Department or similar regulatory experience (e.g. FINRA)
·         Proficiency in Excel (macros, working with large data sets, graphing)

In this role the Senior Matching Coordinator will play a crucial role in a large number of financial markets as well as in the development of new and innovative products. Strategically the Matching Coordinator will work to build, enhance and deliver a systemic solution for mid-point creations and matching applications. The adoption and utilization of these tools will expand market share for ICAP, create a robust protocol for the launch of sponsored access and satisfy a need for a compliant mechanism as the regulatory environments change.
