Site Lead - Transient Airfield Fuels
Location : Qatar

The purpose of this contingent position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of establishing a strategic partnership and support of operations demonstrated by making a positive impact on a project through the management of personnel and The development and implementation of programs and processes to support the mission. 

Site Manager will provide oversight for all Aircraft Servicer and Aircraft Servicer Foreman employees on the project. 

Attends contingency meetings, briefings, and participates in exercises involving transient aircraft. 

Ensures compliance with Hazardous material handling and Material Safety Data Sheet programs (IAW AFI 90-821) and all local procedures. 

Ensures that hazardous waste accumulation point (H-WAP) is emptied every 24 hours if full and transported to the Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW) Hazardous Waste disposal site. 

Monitors all transient aircraft ramp activities at all times. 

Dispatches personnel to drive and operate the mobile stair case unit as requested. 

Ensure effective tool control program is established in accordance with procedures specified in AFI 21-101 and Expeditionary Maintenance Group (EMXG) Operating Instructions (OI) to include lost tool procedures. 

Notify Airfield Management and wing safety office immediately when evidence of a bird strike is discovered. 

Implement and monitor a customer feedback program to measure customer satisfaction and take prompt corrective action on adverse trends. 

Submit appointment letters as defined in the PWS. 
Generate and submit reports including number of aircraft arrivals, departures, DVs, customer surveys, and other reportable events each month across all locations.

Maintains Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) necessary for the recovery, maintenance, inspection, servicing, or launching of aircraft. 

Qualification :

SECRET Clearance Required
Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe / Power Plant License OR DD214

Mechanical Engineer
Location : Saudi Arabia

Description :

Mechanical Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for
roviding engineering oversight during the design and construction of
mechanical, piping, and HVAC system for various structures including stations, depots, maintenance facilities, etc. being constructed as part of a major railway construction project in Saudi Arabia. He will be responsible for
ensuring that good engineering practices are being followed and appropriate
construction methods are employed. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive railway
mechanical design and construction experience and having worked on Elevators & Escalators/ Train or Bus Stations/Airport.

Qualification :

Degreed Mechanical Engineer with minimum of 15years engineering and
construction expirience designing and building, mechanical, process and
plumbing system.

Railway Operations & Maintenance Specialist
Location : Saudi Arabia

Description :

The Railway Operations & Maintenance Specialist shall possess
extensive experience in rail operations including simulations, fleet sizing,
scheduling, control center operations, back-of-house and front-of-house
operations. He will be familiar with various rail systems including high-speed
rail, and freight trains, and he will be experienced in optimizing services
provision through interoperability and RoW sharing. He will be able to develop
preliminary operations plans, including identifying staffing requirements.

Degreed Engineer with minimum of 15years Railway Operations

Rolling Stock Engineer
Location : Saudi Arabia

Description :

The Rolling Stock Engineer shall be experienced in the design of rolling
stock, including structural design, functional design and integration of
on-board components. He shall have an advisory and acceptance role on technical matters and shall conduct design reviews, ensuring their compliance with the specifications.

Qualification : 

Degreed Engineer with minimum of 15years engineering and construction
experience in designing Rolling Stock.

Construction Manager
Location : Kuwait

Description :

The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct the performance of
all field construction activities for assigned projects typically with a value
between $50 Million and $150 Million; in conformance with plans,
specifications, schedules, and cost estimates. This role requires a working
knowledge and background of assigned work, the ability to cope with complex
situations through deliberate analysis and planning, and see actions at least
partly in terms of longer-term goals. The role continues to increase
proficiency to direct other line supervision as necessary in their respective
roles to meet or exceed all project objectives. This position requires the
ability to coordinate and direct construction craftsmen in numerous crafts
and/or to manage contractors/subcontractors for the same within the assigned
area of responsibility. This role may be referred to as Manager II, Construction. 

• Assure that all requirements and expectations of the Fluor Operating System Requirements (OSR), appropriate Operating System Implementation Plan (OSIP), and strict adherence to other business line requirements 

• Execute field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards 

• Control project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment 

• Monitor productivity and cost and implement appropriate action to maintain maximum labor productivity and cost-effectiveness

Lead Design Engineer – Electrical
Location : Kuwait

Description :

Member of the Electrical department for the Fluor Kuwait Project
Management Consultancy Services project. Reporting to the Lead Electrical
Engineer. Supporting the preparation of FEED packages undertaken by the Fluor UK office. Overseeing the preparation of electrical deliverables such as
electrical design basis, specifications, data sheets, Single Line Diagrams,
Load Lists etc. by the EPC Contractors during Detailed Design. Liasing directly with the Client on all facets of the electrical engineering scope of services. Providing technical support to the construction effort. Whilst the position is based in Kuwait the candidate must be prepared to accept business trips to attend EPC Contractor/supplier offices as required.

Qualification :

• B. Sc. Engineer 

• 10 years total minimum years experience 

• 8 years total minimum experience in Oil & Gas/ Refinery / Petrochemical Industry 

• 5 years minimum experience in Engineer - Electrical 

• 3 years minimum hands on experience in software for the automation in Electrical engineering.

Medical Logistics Site Superintendent

Location : Kuwait

Description :

erforms administrative and management functions in regards to medical
inquiries. Performs and monitors management (and procedural application) of
manual or automated inventory control actions. Computes and accumulates data for use in analysis. Helps develop work standards and methodology. Performs inventories, and ensures timely correction of discrepancies. 

Inspects and evaluates inventory medical activities. Periodically inspects activities for compliance with policies, procedures, and directives for accuracy. 

Prepares, analyses, and evaluates reports, procedures, and policy data.Analyzes reports and records activities, reports inefficiencies to supervisors, and recommends corrective actions to improve operations. Evaluates supply efficiency and equipment management activities.

Associate Specialty Engineer II

Description : 

The purpose of this position is to apply a general understanding of
design engineering principles as listed. This role has the responsibility to
promote Fluor’s competitiveness within the global marketplace by delivering
quality services of unmatched value and technical competence. This position
supports the Area Lead or Lead on assigned projects and performs routine
aspects of engineering assignments, applying basic engineering principles. 

• Perform and check routine calculations, specify simple equipment, and solve problems of simple engineering complexity 

• Review vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements, and actively seek discrepancy resolution 

• Monitor material estimates and quantities; participate in equipment and material procurement activities 

• Adhere to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures 

• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines

Capture Coordinator
Location : United States

Description :

Coordinates capture activities for the pursuit of large, complex federal
services projects. Works closely with the capture managers, business line
leadership, account management team and operations leads to assist with
development and lead execution of the capture strategy for assigned pursuits.
Represents Assists the capture team and Business Unit Director/Vice President on each assigned pursuits, providing overall leadership and management leading and managing specific project tasks as assigned from interest and bid decision through contract award and transition. May serve as Capture Manager for small proposals. 

•Coordinates closely with Operations Director and Capture team to pursue business opportunities within existing and new business areas 

•Supports the development and presentation of bid recommendations 

•Assists in development of comprehensive capture plans for specific pursuits 

•Helps develop win strategy, themes and discriminators

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Heavy Mechanic
Location : United States

Description : 

* Responsible for trouble shooting & repairs of hydraulics, diesel, electrical systems and schematics. 

* Assemble, disassemble and reconfigure booms. 

* Complete parts purchase requisition with accurate information. 

* Complete/review and approves daily Safety Task Assessment (STA) and adheres to all safety requirements. 

* Perform inspections and eventually be able to certify machines annually. Crawler Crane experience. 

* Able to explain operation function and LMI programming to operators.

Qualification :

* 3-4 years of experience in maintenance repair 

* High School Diploma or equivalent 

* Literate in diagnostics and basic computer skills. 

* Some international travel required. 

* Able to obtain US passport.
