Description

The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of teller operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring high levels of customer service, adequate cash is available at cash counters, all accounts are balanced and updated at the end of the day and preventing losses through frauds. Our Retail Banking Group provides a broad range of products and services to an expanding base of personal and small business customers, serving them through both an established branch network as well as through channels such as mobile and internet banking.

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient processing & servicing all cash management products and related activities, with strict compliance and internal policies. He will be primarily responsible to translate all Arabic customer instructions for Private Banking Operations department.

Qualifications

Senior Corporate Customer Service Officer

  Description


This role is primarily responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing applications/requests of all corporate and Private Banking/HNI customers in respect of transactions relating to Account Services, Internet Banking, Cash Management, Cheque Discounting, Payroll Processing, Transaction Banking Services, etc, including active participation in preparation of Business Requirement Documents for new/improved systems/applications and performing User Acceptance Tests (UATs) in respect of the same and within the specified timelines. The role is also responsible for handling Corporate Banking customers' transactions in respect of Trade Finance functions. It involves scrutiny of customer requests and completion within specified TAT to ensure customer satisfaction. It also includes liaison and follow-up with various departments.

Qualifications


3-6 years of banking experience
Aptitude to learn Cash management products and related systems, including Trade Finance
