Manager, Specialty Leasing
Location: UAE
The Specialty Leasing Manager acts as a key ambassador for the company and as a point of contact for potential and existing specialty tenants. The main purpose of the role is to source and close lease licenses and execute them through other associated departments, such as Lease Administration, Finance, Retail Delivery , Facilities, Procurement and Legal.

Senior Lease Administrator
Location: UAE
The job holder will be responsible to prepare lease agreements or contracts for retailers while working closelyin coordination with the Leasing Managers, Legal Department, Finance Department and Retail Delivery Teamand upon acceptance of all terms prepares the final lease agreement, sends out the documents, retrieves thedocuments from the retailers and then monitors the lease in fire proof vault, payment schedules and retaildelivery communications.

The job holder is responsible to maintain excellent condition of attractions and general building maintenance of Sega Republic and assists the Technical Manager in all aspects of technical issues.
·         Diploma in relevant field of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronic)
·         Minimum 2 years’ experience in either a theme park or family entertainment centre on the technical aspects

Security Officer
Location: UAE

·         Carries out duties as lay down without direct supervision as and when required.
·         Ensures safe environment for Burj Khalifa, Residents, Guests, Visitors, Staff, and property as specified by management, by patrolling these areas at prescribed intervals and physically checking individual areas.
·         Protect the property of Emaar and Burj Khalifa against fire, theft, wastage and damage by any means.
·         Ensures, in conjunction with the responsible person for Health & Safety, that all safety regulations including smoking restrictions are observed and to assist in the prevention of accidents.

·          Minimum completion/certificate of 12 years of secondary education. 
·          Minimum of 3 years experience working within security industry or as a security guard within the United Arab Emirates.
·          Minimum of 1 months documented formal Security Training.
·          Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role in another country, including ex-military or law enforcement agencies.
·          Ideally from a customer facing position with a good grasp of customer services.
·          Highly motivated and competent individual 
·          Good command of English as a second language with preferably (But not essential) an understanding of Arabic.
·          Preferable experience working with CCTV and other security systems
·          Basic Computer knowledge (preferably hold an International Computer Driving Licence {ICDL})

Legal Counsel (Arabic Speaker)
Location: UAE
  •  Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, primarily on lease agreements and related documentation. 
  • Provide legal support and guidance to other departments as and when required. 
  • Drafting, reviewing, commenting, amending and negotiating various commercial and civil documents, contracts and agreements

LLB degree in Law preferably from recognised regional University
Minimum 6 years of post qualified experience
Experience in Shopping Centre/retail
Preferably a sound understanding of the real estate business and the legal implications of the same, alternatively good general corporate/commercial experience.
Experience in acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.
Experience in property industry preferred

 Valet Attendant
Location: UAE
The job holder is responsible to perform valet parking services in accordance to the given valet standards in maintaining overall Guest and Client satisfaction.

  • High School Certificate
  • One year related experience
  • Read and write simple English and verbally comprehend simple instructions & communication in English
