 Operations Support Specialist


Location: Kurdistan

Description


·                 Ensure operational and maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with Operational and local Procedures.
·                 Ensure control room personnel operate the plant within safe and optimum limits, as per operational procedures. And that the plant is operated to safely and effectively meet contractual obligations with regards Gas and Liquid commitments.
·                 Provide leadership and develop the skills and competency of the all operational shift team members.
·                 Provide OJT to operations personnel and assess competency for progression within the operations department.
·                 Seek and deliver continuous improvement opportunities.
·                 Promote and ensure compliance with Permit to Work and HSE Regulations and Procedures.
·                 Utilise own experience and knowledge to offer improvements to shutdown / start up and operational procedures.

 Qualifications





Engineering or Technical qualifications along with an experienced background in hydrocarbon facilities.
 15+ years in hydrocarbon facilities. Previous experience in a supervisory role, OJT and Control Room operations.
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written.



Senior Electrical Technician


Location: Kurdistan

Description
·         5 years at least work experience on HV switchgear operating and troubleshooting.
·         Good work experience on generation systems and load sharing modules.
·         Good work experience on generator and transformer protection systems and relays.
·         Good maintenance experience on LV AC induction motors single and variable speed, VFD, motor starters and motor protection systems.
·         Good maintenance experience on UPS systems, solar system, batteries and battery chargers.
·         Good maintenance experience on Cathodic protection system.
·         Full awareness of the hazardous area on the Gas plant and good experience on Ex electrical materials.
·         Good ability to read and understand the electrical schematic diagram and fault findings.
·         Good work experience on electrical equipment commissioning and start up.
·         Experience on the HV overhead lines and HV distribution systems.
·         Experience on the heat tracing installation, testing and operating.
·         Good experience on electrical international standards like NEC, IEC, IEEE.
·         Good experience on the electrical isolation procedures for LV and HV equipment.
·         Working knowledge of maintenance management systems.
·         Have knowledge / experience of PTW / Control of Work systems. 
·         Contribute to the development of Local national personnel.

 Qualifications
·         Diploma in Electrical Engineering.


Business Development Manager

    
 Location : United Arab Emirates 
   
 Description
  1. Participates in developing and recommending policies, procedures for the Sales and provides inputs to the Commercial Director/General Manager for review.
  2. Assists the Commercial Director/General Manager in implementing departmental policies and procedures across company and ensure that all end users must adhere to the prescribed processes for smooth operations.
  3. Implements, controls and monitors the Sales Plan and Budget relating to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures to achieve or exceed annual sales targets/revenue objectives of the Company.
  4. Identifies clients’ insights through in-depth analysis of their strategies and processes to enable effective penetration and influence.
  5. Ensures to communicate and agrees on clients propositions that exploit “Needs and insights” at all stake holder’s level.
  6. Develops individual clients plan and annual activity calendar in consultation with the Commercial Director/General Manager and based on the clients analysis which fully incorporate insights and objectives at all stake holder’s level.
  7. Develops and maintains long term and positive customer relationships with all clients to build a healthy portfolio and profitable business.
  8. Negotiates with clients in terms of space, visibility, payment terms, promotions, supply chain etc., for company offerings and ensure to get the best deal for the Company.
  9. Plans and manages on daily visits by Company staff to all clients ensuring safety and quality at all times.
  10. Analyses client’s performance on a periodic basis and evaluate business drivers to identify future sales opportunities and areas of improvement.
  11. Liaises with individual facility managers of clients on a regular basis and ensure to address and resolve day to day service and/or related issues
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business with Medical background
5 – 8  years in Sales preferably two-three in similar industry in a management role

Manager - Business Development & Investor Relations 


Location: United Arab Emirates 

Description
Develops and implements a comprehensive strategic plan for business development activities that align with Hedosophia’s objectives and growth plans. Builds and manages relationships with investors in the technology space, and supports in the evaluation of new investments and business opportunities. Reports to the General Partner of Hedosophia MENA.

Qualifications
·                 3 – 4 years’ experience as investment banking analyst/associate in a top tier investment bank/ private equity firm (i.e. ideally having been through an analyst / associate programme at a leading investment banking / private equity firm); or
·                 4 – 6 years’ experience in Investor Relations at a top tier private equity firm / Investment firm / SWF.
·                 Passionate and knowledgeable about the internet and technology sector, preferably with a track record or understanding of tech sector financings and valuations; knowledge of key players and trends in this space.
·                 Should have excellent written and verbal skills, relationship-building skills in the investment community, and the ability to collaborate with the executive team.
·                 Arabic speaking ability would be an added advantage.
