Assistant Vice President / Senior Manager, Development Contracts & Cost Control
Location :  Singapore
JOB Description:
You will be involved in the formulation of the procurement strategy for various programmes (e.g. Tunnels, T5) under the ambit of the Changi East project. As a key member of the Development Contracts and Cost Control team, you will support the full suite of procurement activities, from tender documentation, supplier selection, tender evaluation and award progress payment and monitoring of budget. Assistant Vice Presidents will also be required to provide leadership to team members. You will also need to assess and seek endorsement for the reasonableness of change/variation requests as well as Notice of Claims. Your role will also necessitate you to provide contractual and commercial support and expert advice to Project Officers to resolve issues with suppliers, and where necessary, participate in contract closures and dispute resolution negotiations.
EDUCATION:
·         Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management/Administration or any other relevant discipline
·         Minimum 10 years’ of experience with pre-contract and post-contract management of large scale civil infrastructure projects
·         Relevant airport experience will be advantageous
·         Good understanding of procurement strategies and related best practices
·         Registration with professional associations such as SISV and RICS is preferred
·         Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation
·         Efficient and meticulous
·         Good team player who is adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment





Manager / Assistant Manager, Electrical
Location:  Singapore
JOB Description:
 As part of the High Tension (HT) system section, you will be required to assist the team lead to manage a team of associates to oversee the operations and maintenance of the HT system in Singapore Changi Airport. You will also be required to plan and carry out improvement works or Capex replacement works on the HT system. You will be required to liaise with other teams from Master Planning, Projects and other divisions on matters relating to HT system such as development of new buildings or facilities, etc.

Senior Manager, Contracts
Location : Singapore
 JOB Description:

As part of the Contracts team within the Engineering and Development Group Cluster, you will be required to lead the Engineering Management and Systems Planning Contracts Section in pre and post contract administration functions for engineering and maintenance projects. You will have to work closely with Project and Engineering Teams in strategizing best procurement/tendering approach, provide contractual advice in resolving issues with partners and stakeholders such as consultants and contractors as well as ensuring all work procedures adhere to corporate governance. You shall also constantly review the suitability of the Company’s standard contractual terms fit the Company’s procurement needs and aligned with market practices.

EDUCATION

Senior Manager, Project Management
 Location: Singapore

JOB Description:

You will support the Project Director in providing leadership and close guidance to the Changi East Planning, Design and Construction team responsible for the execution of civil engineering, building and air-field related projects for the upgrading of Runway 2 and Runway 3. Your role will necessitate you to plan, manage and oversee all aspects of the study, design and specification of requirements for the projects, including design briefs, design drawings, preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation leading to award of consultants or contractors. In the process, you will also review plans, designs, specifications and drawings as well as provide direction and advice for projects implementation. This role also requires the successful candidate to work closely with various stakeholders, internal and external, including government agencies. At the construction stage you will assist the project director to oversee and manage the project team for the construction works including performing the role of S.O. representative to ensure that the project objectives are met.

 EDUCATION:
·         Good degree in Engineering with preferably 8 to 10 years of relevant project experience. Good degree in other construction industry related disciplines with directly relevant project experience will also be considered. 
·         Proven project management experience in delivering large scale projects, preferably in infrastructure works
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Location: Singapore
JOB Description:
You will be part of the team responsible for infrastructure planning and design development of tunnels and underground excavation works. Your role will necessitate you to plan, manage and oversee all aspects of the study, design and specification of requirements for tunnels, including design briefs, design drawings, preparation of tender documents and evaluations. In addition, you will need to manage design consultants, review engineering standards and provide technical advice to construction teams during project implementation. You will also be expected to liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders, including governmental agencies on various aspects of the works

JOB Description:
·         You will be part of the team responsible for the development of the Master Schedule for the project/s as well as the specific detailed schedules, including timetables and progress of construction. You will be required to record and report the actual progress of the work versus planned work, prepare the 4-weeks look-ahead, ‘what if” scenarios and critical path analysis. In addition, you will also need to prepare data related to the monthly reports and supplements.

You will be responsible for the planning, cost (resource loaded) and schedule metrics and tools (i.e. work breakdown structure), performance data collection (i.e. installed quantities, expended labour hours, other progress measurements for direct hire and subcontract labour), data tracking (i.e. daily cost compilation and monitoring), analysis and reporting of earned value, productivity and risk.
EDUCATION:
·         At least 8 years of experience in the development project schedules for every phase of
·         the construction project life-span by using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
·         Experience in coordinating with design teams and contractors, particularly in large and complex Transport/Healthcare/ Commercial/ Contract terms-related projects (circa >100m)]

You will be responsible for the management of the Changi East Project Office and providing leadership to your support team. You will need to ensure that the team is well organised to provide effective and efficient office support, establish requisite standard operating procedures and office processes as well as manage a full suite of office duties which will include budget setting and control, procurement, management of office assets, facilities management, canteen management, employee transportation, parking and office security.
