Airside Driver

JOB Description:
You’ll be transporting customer’s cargo to and from the aircraft and making sure that critical deadlines are met. As a Cargo Handling Agent you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering world-class customer service, and ensuring that any problems are resolved efficiently.
On top of a basic salary of £17,441, you’ll receive at least £4,600 per annum in shift pay. You’ll also receive generous discounts on flights and holidays and a fantastic annual leave entitlement, so you can be the person doing the travelling too.
You’ll be working in a friendly and open atmosphere, with good public transportation links nearby, and a culture that really values and supports their staff. You will be contracted to work 22.5 hours a week, comprising of three 7.5 hour shifts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Digital Performance Architect

JOB Description:
Join a growing team at an exciting time when the company is investing in both people and digital analytics tools in 2016.  Your challenge put simply, you’ll get to grips with how customers use ba.com and mobile and champion the application of digital data to improve user experience and commercial performance. You will be involved with designing, implementing, maintaining and documenting the entire BA digital analytics data set. You’ll also be responsible for the integrity and governance of ba.com digital analytics capability, including key links to contributing/receiving systems. And, when it comes to developing and delivering the roadmap that delivers that capability, again, it's you we'll turn to.
Highly numerate and analytical, you’ll be able to explain complex ideas clearly and know how to apply data to improve the customer experience. What’s more, you have experience of maintaining and improving a digital analytics platform (e.g. Adobe Data Workbench) and modelling large volumes of complex data from different sources, including optimisation testing. We’ll also be looking for a track record of delivering detailed web analysis, interpretation and insight and knowledge of ecommerce websites using customer and commercial data. Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders and delivering under pressure is essential and an understanding of the travel industry would be an advantage.
IAG GBS Audit Manager

Manages the delivery of internal audits and other operational and financial reviews in IAG entities to provide assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of controls as well as supporting line management in IAG entities in understanding the applicable risk and control framework and taking prompt and effective action to address control weaknesses.

EDUCATION:
·         Educated to degree level. If not, professional accounting/audit qualification required in addition to substantial audit experience
·         Qualified accountant or Certified Internal Auditor or experienced manager-level IT audit professional, or a proven track record including supervisory experience in external or internal audit roles
·         Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of risk management principles
·         Relevant audit experience, preferably within complex multi-national organisations
·         Experience with ICFR or SOX 404 audit requirements
·         Good spoken, written and presentational communication skills
·         Experience of managing disparate teams on overlapping assignments as well as general people-management skills
·         Organised and disciplined working approach tailored to meeting tight deadlines while producing good quality work
