Furniture Clerk
Location : Bahrain
Description:
·         Diploma in Business Administration/Studies or equivalent. 
·         Minimum (5) years’ work experience in a clerical function, two years of which will have been spent in purchasing, correspondence. Understanding the nature of materials.
·         Must have good command of English language both written and spoken to enable him to correspond with international suppliers and have confidence and tact when dealing with suppliers. 
·         Computer literate and can use the company’s mainframe & personal computer applications. Specifically for Stock Replenishment & Purchasing and for word-processing & electronic-mail. 
·         The position requires sound verbal and written communication skills, particularly in writing reports.
Qualification:
• Handles the overall activities of the group through discussions and follow-up and functional help so that the operations are conducted smoothly.
• Coordinates the company’s photocopier equipment and Electronics filing systems contracts and maintenance services with various suppliers.
• Prepares CFM and RFQs for Equipment Contracts & Maintenance Services.
• Coordinates with user department for repairing and replacement of spare parts of photocopiers and Electronics filing systems.
• Sets specifications for all office furniture and equipment for company-wide use, initiates purchases of Office Furniture and Housing furniture for Awali houses, Bapco Club, Al-Dar, Awali Hospital

Hall Inspector
Location: Bahrain
Description:
·         Ability to think analytically and to develop new or revised systems, procedures, and work flow
·         Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment
·         Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form
·         Ability to make administrative decisions, interpret policies, and supervise staff

Lab/Berth Operator
Location: Bahrain

Description:
·         Obtains and test samples from seal lines, vessel cargo tanks, bunker barges, wharf product and chemical storage tank in order to meet quality control requirements.
·         Checks and prepares laboratory sampling and test equipment ensuring that laboratory equipment is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements.
·         Records the results of all tests performed in the test log book and reports the results to the Senior Loading Master in order to maintain product specification and effectiveness of records.
·         Enters test results into computerised VGLIMS facilities to maintain the specification of Bapco export products.
·         Lubricates equipment and prepares areas for maintenance and hot work to support preventive and regular maintenance activities.
Qualification:
·         Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
·         English level 2.4
·         Heavy Driving License
·         Swimming experience and good medical fitness to survive peril of the sea
·         Three years’ experience working in Wharf
·         Must pass eyesight and colour perception vision test
