JOB Description:
The Digital Team is responsible for leading Arla Sweden’s digital transformation. We are 14 colleagues with various digital skills. Our job is to commercialize Arla’s online offerings and to educate and support the marketing and commercial teams in all things digital. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the digital business partner towards our marketing teams within the areas Milk, Yoghurt, Cooking and Corporate. You will work with some of the strongest FMCG brands in Sweden, amplifying them across online channels.

You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Communication or Marketing, and/or have solid experience from Digital Marketing, preferably including online campaign development, content creation, SEO, SEM and social media. JOB Description:
As Production Manager, you will lead a team of Production Team Leaders (Shift Managers) who work a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern. Indirectly you will manage around 100 Operatives and Technicians. Working closely with other Area Managers and departments such as Planning, Process, Engineering and Despatch, you will ensure production plans are achieved in the most timely and efficient manner. While we are looking for a hands on manager, this role requires a strategic leader who can deliver success through a team and across shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring shift consistency so that customer requirements are met at any time in a 24/7 site. Your ability to manage diverse teams, state of the art automation technology, product changeovers and health and safety in a fast paced environment is key to your success.
We are looking for a high calibre Production Manager who has the drive and motivation to take a high performing site and department to the next level. You will have a proven track record in Production Management within an FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment. Whilst you will be managing a large team, we require someone who has worked within highly automated processes and is able to deliver improvements via people and technology. In a very fast paced department, you must demonstrate outstanding communication, decision making and influencing skills. A cross functional mind-set is required in order to understand the requirements and pressures of other departments. As the Trade Marketing Manager, you are overall responsible for the assigned brand and product performance including all KPIs i.e. market share, space and visibility, distribution and awareness.
