CAMP ACCOMMODATION SUPERVISOR


Location: Abu Dhabi - UPPER ZAKUM

Job Description

1. To provide HSE focus and Management during the construction phase.
2. To oversee the setup of all the camp facilities (House Keeping, Maintenance, Daily Operations, Security, etc.)
3. To be single point of contact with the camp operations Contractor.
4. To oversee, daily inspect all facilities (office, mess hall, kitchen, recreation, etc.) to assure proper and a very high quality standard.
5.  To assure that the catering standard remains very high and that a variety of food is provided that is suitable for a diverse workforce.
6. To assure compliance with camp operations contract.
7. To manage all issues and resolve all problems relating to offices, accommodation and catering at the camp.
8. To assure all medical needs and evacuation needs are handled.

About You:

1. Diploma in any hotelier discipline or equivalent qualification in business administration. 
2. Requires a minimum ten (10) years of experience of managing hotels, camp administration and proper knowledge of oil/gas industry is an added value. 
3. International experience as a Camp Administrator on a major project is required. Experience as a camp administrator in the Middle East is a plus. 
4. Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment. 
5. Demonstrated interpersonal/team building skills. 

 ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

 

Location: Onshore

Job Description

1. Provide administrative assistance and support as needed to meet operational target dates and deadlines.
2. Maintains administrative records, tracking sheets and related reports as required.
3. Ensure that offices are well maintained and administrative services are provided as required.
4. Acts as a liaison between all departments and other divisions, OPCOs, agencies and associations to facilitate the proper flow of information as required.
5. Initiates and facilitates activities related to the development of UAE nationals, reporting on their progress and to ensure that they remain within their development framework.
6. Assists in preparing and monitoring of the annual department budget to ensure that expenditure is within the business plans of the division.
7. Coordinates with commercial support division and the human capital division to ensure that the existing and future staffing needs of the division are met.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Diploma in business administration or equivalent. 
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, training, commercial planning related to activities, budget planning, recruitment activities. 
3. Proficient in MS Office applications, ERP system is an added advantage. 
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 

HSE ADVISOR

 


Location: Offshore

Job Description


. Maintain familiarity with relevant UAE HSE Codes of Practice and other UAE HSE requirements as well as ZADCO Corporate HSE related policies, programs, plans, procedures and guidelines. Help ensure that the projects comply with ZADCO Corporate HSE requirements.
2. Identify HSE related issues that may affect team members and contractors and work with the project teams and HSE department, Engineering and site personnel, PMT, PMC and contractors to help resolve HSE issues during all phases of project.
3. Review required BRFP HSE studies scoped and coordinated by contractors and project, seek input and consultation from ZADCO project HSE and other departments as appropriate and coordinate responses.
4. Develop expectations for project management systems for HSE activities, plans and procedures. Prepare specific HSE Plans and procedures as required and gain necessary endorsements.
5. Review contractor HSE plans and procedures and provide input to project and contractor to achieve project acceptance of contractor required documents.
About you:

1. University degree/ diploma (B.A. or B.S.) or HSE related diploma/certification
2. Minimum of 10 years of work experience, industry (oil and gas experience) 
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience HSE related in public or private sector. 
4. Supervisory experience desired with demonstrated leadership traits. 
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
6. Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken. 


LEAD ELECTRICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER


Location: Abu Dhabi
Education

§ Receives Project documentation and understands Scope of Work related to his discipline.
§ Report to Commissioning Team Leader as per project Organization chart.
§ Lead a team to undertake commissioning activities in small projects.
§ Interfaces with other disciplines to ensure integration of activities.
§ Implement & test the subsystems as per project commissioning test sheets.
§ Preparation of method statements, procedures and routines where required.
§ Interface towards Precommissioning and Company personnel.
§ Reports on work progress, bringing to notice potential problems or delays and recommends solutions.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Engineering.
§ 15 years commissioning experience within the oil and gas industry with at least 4 years in a Lead role in Commissioning.
§ Leadership and Supervisory potentials.
§ Good understanding of specific Engineering discipline and interdisciplinary activities.

SUBSEA MAINTENANCE TEAM LEADER

Supervise maintenance and repair work on all underwater facilities including structures in and under splash zone, pipeline and electrical cable networks, to ensure completion to required standards and specifications

Principal Accountabilities:
a.) Supervise the activities of contracted personnel working offshore, to ensure that maintenance work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
b.) Prepare maintenance and repair campaigns for the underwater facilities in Zakum, Satah and Umm Al Dalkh fields, and submit for review and approval. 
c.) Prepare procedures and scope of repair / maintenance in order to participate in the tender preparation and bidder selection processes.
d.) Supervise the work or contractors to ensure completion as scheduled and to the required standards and specifications.
e.) Coordinate availability of spare parts and tools required to perform the task.
f.) Analyze results of work performed and make recommendation on work practices and procedures. Ensure that the network data is continuously updated.
g.) Technically check invoices for payment to contractors, to ensure that they are in accordance with the work carried out.
About you:
) Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent certificate.
b.) 6 years’ experience in Offshore Subsea Engineering activities.
c.) Very good knowledge of English.

 

COMMISSIONING TEAM LEADER

§ Lead a Multi-discipline team to extend Support services to Commissioning works on EPC Projects.
§ Liaise with various departments within the organization to facilitate smooth operation support services. 
§ Liaise with various Project Management Team(s) and Client(s) as part of job execution.

SENIOR INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING ENGINEER

 WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR

Principal Accountabilities:
a.) Supervise the activities of assigned personnel in the Workshop section to ensure work programmes and objectives are achieved. Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to specified standards. Will also inspect contractor’s work when requested.
b.) Receive work order requests concerning repair or fabrication of pipes, metal parts or structures in the workshop. Discuss with initiators and recommend alternatives and optimum methods of fabrication. Determine extend of work required and priorities, and give technical advice to the various specialized craft groups, and assign work to subordinates with appropriate instructions.
c.) Ensure that requests for repairs and maintenance work from various sites are made in accordance with engineering standards and practices, and are completed, as far as possible, within time requested.
d.) Liaise with HSE to establish work procedures for hazardous equipment and environments where necessary.
e.) Review workshop stores to ensure that adequate stocks of materials are available at all times.

 Description:

) B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
b.) 10 years experience in diverse metal crafts including machine tooling, bench fitting and the fabrication and repair of pipes including 5 years in a supervisory position in a machine tools and fabrication workshop preferably in the oil industry.

 

FIRE MASTER

 

Location:Abu Dhabi

Job Description

Control the activities of the fire-fighting team both on station and at the scene of fires or emergencies. Organize and participate in fire training and emergency drills, ensuring the maintenance, repair and testing of all fire-fighting and emergency equipment and control and participate in job watch activities; and provide fire fighting coverage for airport.
Prepare and implement detailed work programmes and schedules for assigned personnel at the fire station on Zirku and ensure specified objectives are achieved.
b.) Ensure that employees are trained, organized and motivated in order to be able to effectively achieve service objectives.
c.) Act as ‘first man’ at the scene of fires, explosions or other emergencies and take charge. Provide immediate appraisal of the situation, inform control room and initiate immediate action to control and extinguish fire, as necessary. Participate in the investigation of incidents and completion of associated reports.
d.) Organize and participate in regular and impromptu fire and emergency drills, and provide and participate in fire and emergency training for subordinates and personnel from other locations, on site-company and contractors’ personnel, and defense personnel.


PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Supervises and monitor the operations of the Islands Facilities / wellheads (WH’s) including downhole operations and ensure that the oil production and water injection per well area and overall are controlled as per the company requirements, and that well data is accurately collected for reservoir monitoring purposes. Ensures that operations are conducted safely, efficiently and economically.
Approve cold/hot work permits and complimentary permits for works to be performed. Ensure that all necessary procedures and standing orders are followed while the equipment is made ready for safe maintenance intervention.
Diagnose the plant and equipment problems, put it up to concerned maintenance section, prepare for the safe maintenance, follow-up of maintenance activity & safe re-commissioning of the equipment.
Co-Chairs the daily coordination meeting of Production/Maintenance supervisors for reviewing the maintenance activities and identifying priority jobs.
Ensure personnel/U.A.E. nationals are trained to a level sufficient for them to satisfactorily conduct their duties and impart training whenever required
