About the Job:
In this role, the Lead Global Accounts Officer will manage a set of cargo global accounts and becomes a key contact to those accounts at a regional and corporate level to deliver exceptional service standards to those accounts by actively managing the day to day movements of those accounts shipments on the Qatar Airways Cargo Network.
You will enhance the customer experience for the cargo global accounts across the network from acceptance point until final delivery. You will interface closely with the client to actively manage their expectations at a regional and corporate level and will need to work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient service is provided at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of job related experience of which atleast 3-4 years should be spent in the Airline industry. You will need to hold a bachelors degree or equivalent thereof. You will need to have knowledge of the Cargo industry and will essentially need to have skills in Customer Service and Airline Marketing.
It will be preferred that you are abreast with industry trends and latest in the cargo industry and is proficient in MS office Suite.
